Handcrafted with care, every dial goes through a meticulous process involving the application of thin layers of powdered glass onto a metal base, followed by exposure to high temperatures. Each Atelier watch is hand built to order as per your chosen specification and take between 1 to 3 business days to complete.
Shipping & Returns
All international orders include free insured delivery with FedEx Express. Typically the transit time is between 2 to 5 days. We also offer a faster service with DHL Express at a subsidised rate. Please fill your address information at checkout to see the cost and estimated delivery timeframe for your country.
Delivery within the UK is free and handled via Royal Mail Special Delivery. UK orders generally arrive within 1 to 2 days from day of dispatch.
We offer refunds on all webstore purchased watches returned within 14 days of the date received. Please refer to our returns policy for more info.
Warranty
In the unlikely event a defect is exhibited the CS Watches 24 month warranty will cover the watch for repair or replacement where eligible.
